In March of 2011, Harbin Electric Company’s Turkey adventure began with a meeting with Undersecretary of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources Mr. Metin Kilci. Kaan Sümer, the General Manager of LID Energy, also participated in the meeting with the Vice President of Harbin Electric Co. Mr. Qu Zhe and his delegation.
